1.1 These Terms govern your access to, and use of, the Site, including browsing products, viewing past projects, downloading brochures or colour cards, applying for jobs, and being directed to ecommerce or dealer stores.
1.2 You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Site complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
1.3 We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Site at any time, with or without notice.
2. Content, Intellectual Property & Restrictions
2.1 All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, videos, logos, designs, brochures, downloadable materials — is owned by or licensed to us, unless otherwise credited, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. Ecommerce, Orders & Dealer Referral
4.1 We may provide links or redirects from our Site to our official ecommerce stores and authorised dealer channels. Orders placed via those platforms are subject to their respective terms & conditions (pricing, shipping, returns).
4.2 We act solely as a facilitator in directing you to those purchase channels; we do not guarantee availability, fulfilment, or transaction outcomes, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.3 We reserve the right to change or update any product, pricing, or promotional information on the Site without prior notice.
4.4 In the event of pricing errors or product unavailability, we may cancel or refuse orders and provide you with a refund or alternative offer.
5. Service & Repainting Offers
5.1 At times, we may offer repainting or application services (for an additional cost). Such offers are subject to a separate agreement or quotation.
5.2 If you request a repainting service, we will mutually agree scope, cost, schedule, and responsibilities in writing prior to commencement.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
6.1 The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding accuracy, reliability, suitability, non-infringement, or fitness for purpose.
6.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any damages (direct, indirect, consequential, incidental) arising from your use of the Site, reliance on content, or inability to access the Site.
